02 · POSITIONS
Position Types
Three faculty appointment tracks are available.
Faculty (Teaching-Focused)
An educator exclusively responsible for teaching major courses and mentoring students, backed by specialized expertise in foreign language education.
Visiting Professor
A visiting educator appointed on a semester basis, primarily responsible for teaching courses designed for international students.

Benefits for Tenure-Track Faculty
- SalaryEquivalent to Hanyang University's Tenure-Track faculty salary.
An additional teaching allowance of up to USD 3,900 per semester is paid when teaching summer/winter seasonal terms. - Teaching and Research Support ProgramsA variety of teaching and research support programs, including a settlement fund of up to USD 27,200 for new faculty.
- HousingUniversity housing near the campus provided for the first six months after appointment.
- Additional Benefits for HCR-Level FacultyAdditional incentives, concurrent appointments at overseas institutions, and a reduced teaching load.

05 · BENEFITS
Notice on Visiting Professor Teaching Load and Compensation
- RequirementsResponsible for 2 courses per semester (based on 3 credits each)
- SalaryTeaching fees are paid differentially according to the number of courses taught (USD 7,700 for teaching 2 courses per semester / 4 courses per year)
An additional teaching fee of up to USD 2,950 per semester is paid when teaching summer/winter seasonal terms.

Venue
Hanyang University Malaysia Global Center (located within UniKL) or a nearby hotel
